Welcome to BashCro 2.0. It's beta because it needs fine tuning with resources but the outline of the build is this. Crit Damage, Bash and Pummelling Goliath. Crit is definitely that way forward we just need better sustain. Let me know your thoughts on the build and where you're thinking of going with the sets.

Thief for Crti, Shadow for Crit Damage or Lover for Pen
Dubious Cameron Throne for Health, Stamina and Stamina Regen.
Stuhn's Favor Set
This 5 Piece crafted set in my opion is one of the best in game for both PVP and PVE at the moment. Having extra penetration to all your attacks after you hit an off balanced enemy make all your damage hit harder.
The set is avaliable in Western Skyrim
For levelling my character I made a level 20 training set which really helped me in PVP especially in Werewolf as your Roar puts the closest 6 enemies off balance around you which means you can disperse the pain.
This is a great solo and tank set. It gives a lot of health but also offers a large aoe bleed and heal evey 8 seconds when attaking. It's saved my life more than once and provides a fun animation.
If you can get a group together to farm it it's worth getting.
Alternative defensive sets would be Alessian Order and Beekeepers both give you a lot of health recovery which will keep you alive.
The Ring of the Pale Order (optional)
This really is an overpowered ring when it comes to solo content. In group content it's not so desireable as you can't be healed unless you are the one doing the healing.
For this build I only use it for hard PVE content to help with my sustain.
I've chose Domihaus monster set because of the single item bonus of both stamina and magicka.
That being said the two lot item boost damage to your attacks but also does fire or physical attacks.
You're welcome to play around with other sets to suit your play style.
Bleed over shield for more Damage and a huge AOE
Focus your strength into a mighty swing, dealing 2293 Physical Damage to enemies in front of you, and causing them to bleed for an additional 2365 Bleed Damage over 10 seconds.
This is you Stuhn's Favor proc mechanic and spamable
Slam an enemy with an upward swing, dealing 3632 Physical Damage and setting them Off Balance for 7 seconds. Hitting an enemy that is already Off Balance stuns them for 2 seconds. Targets that are immune to Off Balance are snared by 40% for 2 seconds.
You could swap for your executioner but I like the extra bleed.
Unleash a swarm of fetcherflies to relentlessly attack an enemy, causing them to bleed for 4734 Bleed Damage over 10 seconds. The fetcherflies rip through the original enemy's flesh, afflicting them with Minor Vulnerability for the duration, increasing their damage taken by 5%. Enemies near the carrier take 524 Bleed Damage every 2 seconds for the duration.
The Damage of this is massive, it slows and also applies a chill status
Conjure icy shards at the target location to skewer enemies in the area, dealing 599 Frost Damage every 1 second for 12 seconds. Enemies hit are overcome with bitter cold, reducing their Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds. This ability has a higher chance to apply the Chilled status effect.
This is you emergency heal and is very very strong. Bascially an on shit button
Envelop yourself in winter winds, instantly healing for 4131 Health and an additional 495 Health every 1 second over 5 seconds. While the effect persists the winds pulse outwards, dealing 435 Frost Damage every 1 second to nearby enemies. Enemies hit by this effect 3 times are stunned for 4 seconds. This healing from this ability scales with your Maximum Health.
Front bar slotted so Stuhn's is available in WW plus you get Stamina recovery
Transform into a beast, fearing nearby enemies for 3 seconds. While transformed your Maximum Stamina is increased by 30%, you take 10% less damage, and you summon two direwolves. You also grant yourself and nearby allies Minor Courage, increasing their Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 215. While slotted, your Stamina Recovery is increased by 15%.
Sampede turns Merciless Weapon in to a mass AOE bleed ability for 15 seconds. The synergy is crazy and you should not need anything else.
Launch across the earth and smash an enemy, dealing 1894 Physical Damage to them and all nearby enemies. This attack is always a Critical Strike. After reaching your target, you sunder the ground beneath you, dealing 283 Physical Damage to all enemies in the area every 1 second for 10 seconds.
In Warden form keep this up at all times, It costs nothing and gives you damage and stamina Call a bull netch to your side, which restores 4416 Stamina to you over 25 seconds and grants you Major Brutality and Sorcery, increasing your Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 20%. Every 5 seconds, the netch removes 1 negative effect from you.
More resources and heals though expensive. If you find you have good recovery slot something else. Lotus blossom is a solid choice for duo or solo groups.
Seed a large area of mushrooms in front of you, healing you and your allies for 2399 Health. Any target healed gains Minor Intellect and Minor Endurance, increasing their Magicka and Stamina Recovery by 15% for 20 seconds.
Corrupting Pollen is a PVP ability due to the major defile, In pve you can swith to Budding Seeds
Summon a field of flowers which blooms after 6 seconds, healing you and allies in the area for 3600 Health. Enemies who enter the field are afflicted with Major Defile, reducing their healing received by 16%. An ally within the field can activate the Harvest synergy, healing for 4434 Health over 5 seconds.
Resistance for 24 seconds SWEET!
Wrap a thick cloak of ice around you and your allies. The ice grants Major Resolve, increasing your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 5948 for 24 seconds. You gain Minor Protection, reducing your damage taken by 5% for 24 seconds.
Northern Storm gives your 15% for 30 seconds. the buff is strong. It also does a load of damage so an amazing ability,
Twist a violent storm around you, dealing 1528 Frost Damage every 1 second for 8 seconds to enemies around you and reducing their Movement Speed by 40% and increasing your Maximum Magicka by 15% for 30 seconds. You and nearby allies gain Major Protection, reducing your damage taken by 10%.
